Helen Adams Keller (1880 –1968) the author and political activist was, and is, an inspiration to many as the first deaf-blind person to earn a bachelor of arts degree. She knew the importance of working together, and being part of a team. She said: “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”

Along the same lines, Basketball legend Michael Jordan said “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.”

They both knew that despite their individual capabilities it was only by being part of something  that they could achieve their true potential.

When I launched my leadership and business coaching business here in Dallas, EPR Business International, I realized that whatever I could offer personally would be greatly enhanced if I was part of something bigger, established and respected. That’s why I chose to join FocalPoint Coaching.

Focalpoint is a world leader in business coaching with a growing network of more than 200 business coaches operating worldwide. Best of all are the values they live by. In the words of Steve Thompson the Global CEO:

"Think of a pebble dropping on a pond. Our coaches are the pebble, the splash made is the impact we have with our clients and the ripples are the continuous impact we have in the businesses, people and communities we serve."
